You will not be reimbursed for any legal or bureaucratic expenses, including but not limited to, registration fees, attorney fees or fees resulting from obtaining your own documents (such as Apostilles or vital records). 

This policy is only valid for the first (full package) and second (guidance package) wish. The price for these two services may vary from person to person. However, by purchasing any of the two packages, you will be entitled to three attempts. This means that you just need to pay once, and you will be allowed three chances; you will not be required to pay for Gov-GENIE services again if you first or second attempt fail.
